Mystic Tarot is an AI-powered entertainment application that provides tarot card readings and horoscope content. All readings are generated for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including psychological, financial, legal, or medical advice.
3. User Accounts
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are processed through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase by contacting support. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time through your account dashboard.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create or share on Mystic Tarot. By sharing a reading to the community, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the service. You are solely responsible for the content you share.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Mystic Tarot to send spam, engage in harassment or abuse of other users, attempt to hack or disrupt the service, impersonate others, or use automated systems to scrape content. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Mystic Tarot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any reading. The service is intended solely for entertainment and should not be relied upon for decision-making.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mystic Tarot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
